Industrial Communication Management Programs for the Coming Months

1. Presenting the …. of industry plan for approval in IAUTNB and the plan in Tehran Province in order to prevent the diversion of student projects and industrial projects assigned to the university by the industry and increase the industry's trust in the university

C. Preparation of different scenarios for concluding contracts with nuclei and technology units, taking into account two principles of supporting idea owners, as well as generating revenue for the North Tehran branch
D. Final approval of rental amounts with continuous follow-up and cooperation with the civil, financial and finally the Administration
E. Holding four special group meetings (within the university and administration) for the core / technology standardization unit and industrial products and finally concluding a contract with the core / technology unit
F. Setting up a meeting room for the Growth Center and equipping it with a cooling system and video facilities
G. Calculating and predicting the Growth Center budget
H. Holding three innovation house meetings in Hakimieh branch and Roshd center with the faculty members and relevant trustees of the Administration

K. Continuous follow-up on building repairs, which eventually led to the approval of the budget for this purpose, and the decision to start the building repair project
2) Concluding a memorandum of understanding with Nasr Telecommunication and Electronics Research Institute in order to establish satellite Growth Centers on 10/04/98. It was requested via a letter numbered 92695 and dated 26.10.2019 to administer the case after assigning an agent from the Faculty of Electricity and Computer
3) Holding three specialized workshops with the following titles:
I. Introduction to patent laws and intellectual property
II. The era of economic intelligence and commercial financial fundamentals
III. Introduction to Quality Management: Familiarity with the principles of ISO series standards
4) Carrying out a business plan project commissioned by the university (in the field of medicinal plants extract)
5) Preparing a justification plan at the request of the university regarding "innovation houses"

6) Absorption of 3 nuclei and 6 technological units

7) Signing a contract with the programmer regarding the design of the platform for educational use

8) Presenting a proposal and approving the establishment of a technology transfer office and allocating space for this purpose
9) Concluding a contract with Iranian Investment Company regarding the provision of educational services and commercialization consulting and financial investment and financing
10) Following up and agreement with the observation core (CCTV camera) after several continuous sessions regarding the installation of CCTV cameras in the Growth Center
11) Presenting the product of one of the knowledge-based companies in the market and the Store of Azad University, North Tehran Branch (welding machine)

Suggestions of the Growth Center to Improve University Performance

1- Creating a project management office (PMO) with the cooperation of educational groups
It is suggested that 6 mandatory units be deducted from faculty members who work in this office.
2- Introducing a faculty member as a representative of the Technology Transfer Office and Consulting in each group with the opinion of the relevant department head
The relevant representative must provide a plan for determining the temporary organizational structure (project) to carry out the projects required by the Office of Industry Relations or the Technology Transfer and Consulting Center.

It is suggested that in coordination with the education center, 6 educational units be deducted from the working hours of the relevant administrator and, in accordance with the faculty members, which he defines in the temporary organizational structure required to carry out projects, be deducted from the duties of others

3- Creating a file related to industry and consulting for each member of the IAUTNB

It is worth mentioning that this file is different from the research file and focuses on registering people's resumes in industry and society.

4- The obligation of the faculties, the research assistant of the faculties and finally the educational groups to hold the idea competition in the specialized field of the desired field of study under the supervision of the Growth Center and the Young Researchers Club continuously and at least one event per semester

5- Encouraging and forcing the faculty members of each department to solve the problem of one of the issues and problems of the university in order to improve and develop it by using the facilities and capacities of internship, final project and dissertation in undergraduate and graduate courses

These projects are defined and supervised in the form of an internal contract and under the supervision of the project management office and in a completely output-oriented manner. Concluding a contract with faculty members by including them in the file related to the industry will motivate them to participate in this case.
